Think of a time when something seemed SO OBVIOUS to someone else...
but YOU just couldn't see it.
Maybe you couldn't:

👂 hear what someone was really saying
🤯 figure something out
😤 think clearly because you were frustrated
Then ask yourself:
What if it wasn't that I COULDN'T?
What if I just didn't have access in that moment?
Hmmm... 🤔
No fixing.
No analyzing.
Just notice what that possibility changes.

Sometimes what we didn’t receive can shape what we learn to look for from other people.
Validation.
Approval.
Love.
Someone else telling us we matter.
I know this one personally.
As a child, I don’t remember hearing enough messages that affirmed my goodness, my worth, or the value of simply being ME.
For years, I looked outside myself for other people to give me what I hadn’t learned to give myself.
Then:
